Italian Sisters Monica and Daniela Venturi were in Harold's Cross this week ahead of the Birra Moretti 'Nonna's Kitchen' event
Italian sisters Monica and Daniela Venturi stopped traffic in Dublin this week ahead of the Birra Moretti 'Nonna's Kitchen' event later this month.
The hilarious pair, who are the beloved matriarchs behind Bologna’s famed “Le Sfogline” pasta shop, were in the capital to spread cheer, love, smiles and sprinkle a dollop of publicity for the exclusive event on July 23 and 24.
They shared over two decades of life lessons from running a family business (without killing each other) and also gave their honest opinion on Irish versions of the Italian classics!
They chatted about why cooking (and eating great food) is such an important part of Italian culture and the lessons we here in Ireland can learn.
The energetic and witty pair were a breath of fresh air and hope to spread even more joy on July 23 and 24 when they bring their signature culture, stories and handmade tortellini to Dublin for a once-in-a-lifetime experience: Nonna’s Kitchen by Birra Moretti.
The event will take place at Fumbally Stables and tickets are priced at €30 (available to buy from this Thursday).
